Please note :
For Domestic Shipments throughout India: Your purchased products will be shipped with in 1-2 days & you can expect to recieve the shipment with in 7 days. It might get extended to 14 days due to public holidays, natural catastrophies or any kind of unforceable reason.
For International Shipments: Your purchased products will be shipped with in 1-2 days & you can expect to recieve the shipment with in 15 days. It might get extended to 30 days due to issues in Custom clearance, public holidays, natural catastrophies or any kind of unforceable reason.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
For Domestic Orders: You can cancel the order within 2 days after placing the the oreder without giving any reason for doing so. In case of prepaid orders, If the item has not been shipped we will refund the whole amount. If Shipped, we will only refund the amount for the product, shipping charges can not be refonded. The refund may take 5-7 days to be processed & credited to your account after it has been initiated.
For International Orders: You can cancel the order within 2 days (before the item gets shipped) without giving any reason for doing so. All international orders has to be prepaid. If shipping label gets generated before you cancel the order, we will only refund the remaining amount after deduction of the shipping charges. The refund may take 7-15 days to be processed & credited to your account after it has been initiated.

Return of Goods in case shipment gets damaged or item mismatch:
For Domestic orders in India: The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Return of goods only acceptable in case item mismatch and complete or partial damage of the shipment / items. You will have to raise the concern by sending us a mail at support@poojn.in with sufficient proof. After doing a thorough check on your claim, within 2-3 days, we will initiate return of the shipment & a new shipment containing the items the got damaged will be shipped to your address as well. No refund can be requested in this case.
In certain scenerios, if we conclude that a refund will be much more beficial for you , We will reimburse You in no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. This decision solely depends on our discretion.
For International orders: We don’t accept return of goods on international orders. In case items mismatch happens or the shipment gets partially or completely damaged, please raise the concern by sending us a mail at support@poojn.in with sufficient proof. After doing a thorough check on your claim, within 2-3 days, we will initiate the refund.
Conditions for Returns for domestic orders:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
